There is no much trouble in BCBG. These are just rumours that fans want the older guys to defect but we are yet to find out if its true. It may also be interesting to the proponents of a total inclusion of the PPU2 as this might bring a green light to BCBG and JB.

It's good we have a fully translated and 'unedited' story on the forum that's why i didn't wanna bother replying to it first time i saw it.Basically,like we have always said before,these writers from digitalcongo etc read what fans write on different forums including here on afromix,they put that together with what fans back in Congo are saying and take that to the concerned musicians to get their comment.

It's also clear on JB's official website's forum that most fans want change,we want the PPU boys to come to the front,we are tired of seeing them watching shadows of JDL,Chai,Rio and Kibens,we want them to be in the limelight too and we want more innovation and creations so that BCBG gets stronger hence we are putting pressure silently so that JB considers our pleas.

It's clear that the PPU boys have more talent with regard to the current genre of Congolese music.Kibens,Chai tc can say all the want and really am happy they now know that we are watching their backs so that they either pull their socks or get the boot.

Koffi has recruited young boys and is successfully using them,Werra is doing the same so why should the PPU boys be restricted to performing only before the main band comes on stage.I know the PPU boys have never travelled on overseas tours with JB due to Visa problems but he needs them to also play a leading role at home just like he does with Patou Solo who seems to be the more creative soloist when the 'senior' soloist has been in the band snce time immemorial.

This paragraph has just opened my eyes now. JB really needs to include totally and by 100% the PPU2 into BCBG coz maybe we can have a more brighter future for BCBG and more diverse singing and talent. You know what?? i have seen that patou really syncronises with these fellows when they are on stage with him- the youtube extract of KYY is a true example.

The main story by digitalcongo was that the Mikuli's wanted to disown JB just like what happened with Alain Mpela.At the time,it was reported that him,Theo Bidens(keyboard player now with Werra)and Biku were doing repertitions for an album with the old PPU boys in readiness for their exit from BCBG.Mr Alain Mpela refuted the claims but with time we saw him exit BCBG and so did everyone else mentioned above therefore i cannot be surprised if the likes of Rio,Alba,JDL,Kibens form their own band and release an album with some members of PPU.

The good thing to come out of this is that finally the likes of JDL,Rio and Chai know we also lose patience but appreciate them and the main man JB knows we want change.

JB needs to pull the trigger and allow JDL, Chai and Prof to go and help Orly Gola complete his Gola Musica project- forever.... These people are nothing but a drag to JB. What does Werra do other than stand in the background and let the young people shine for his glory. Werra is not a great composer and can barely sing, what he does well is to utilise talent and that is the main weakness of JB.

Papa you're ruthless

...................the guys are talking about having been there through the bad times & the good......but whats that got to do with business? Its true that JB has to reinvent himself & if this development is indeed true, then JB is positioning himself to compete effectively.......hence the trouble is not in BCBG but with the competitors.

Papa_PCM and Werra,you're both right.JB needs to reinvent himself if he is to compete favourably with the likes of Koffi and Werra who are actually his only competitors and have fresh blood within their groups whilst BCBG has been the same.I am not saying JB is going down but we want him to take a new dimension in his type of music.We don't want him to be the only good singer in the band and his employees being passengers who only contribute effectively in background vocals.

Oh yes,that's why he is one of the biggest employers amongst Congolese musicians.He gives stage names to all his employees and makes them shine by not releasing many solo albums but releases group albums with all band members alternating in penning down songs,it's unfortunate that some of his employees are not that innovative and this is why we the fans are calling for him to take things personal for a change,we want him to remember that he is a solo artist so he needs to take charge in everything that his band members do like Mopao does.

What we are advocating for here means if he cleans up his band,, his two competitors will b rendored useless as their will b no much competition for JB.

The band will become too strong considering that even his solo albums will just be as equal as the group ones.
