If you want to capture a pic from a dvd... it's just copy and paste... make a screen copy, it depends on the type of keyboard you're working with... then go to a photo editor... paste it there... of course you don't want to post the entire screen shot... crop the pic... maybe resize it... or sharpen it a bit... then upload it on the internet...
